Yes, it’s October already and once again Good Samaritan Ministries is collecting NEW SOCKS to be given to the homeless through JOURNEYS THE ROAD HOME, HOMELESS CAMPS, and Good Sam. Socks are the most requested and needed for Homeless, since wet feet can cause many sores and infections, especially for a diabetic. Last year, through your very generous donations, we collected 539 pairs of NEW SOCKS. We are collecting men’s, women’s, and children’s socks, which can be placed in the bin in FELLOWSHIP HALL thru October 30.
