About this Form

Please use this form to enroll your 5-10 year-old child in our “Shining Stars” Baseball/Softball Camp. Just complete the required fields and press the “Submit” button, located at the bottom of the form.

Note that a mandatory Release and Waiver Form must be completed to fully enroll each child. Look for the email containing this legal document, after you have submitted this form. Once completed, the Medical & Photographic Release / Liability Waiver document should be digitally signed and returned to us with the click of a button. If you don’t receive this email, please check your Spam folder. 

About our Camp

We are again offering a unique alternative experience for children to enjoy the sports of baseball and softball as they learn basic skills in a fun, creative, and Christian environment. Our goal is not to create “All-Stars,” but to foster and encourage your children to be “Shining Stars” who love the game and love Jesus. Adults with much experience in the game will oversee our camp. In addition, current teen players will work closely with the campers, using a mentoring approach.

When:  Monday, June 24 - Friday, June 28, 2024
Time: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Where: Hamilton Park in Palatine (1037 N. Smith St, Palatine, IL 60067, Palatine, IL)
Who: Boys and Girls ages 5 - 10 years old
Cost: FREE! - Zero Cost!
Deadline to Register: May 31st
Equipment: Children will need to bring a fielding glove, and are encouraged to bring a bat or helmet, if they own one. Otherwise, all equipment other than a fielding glove will be available.
