We will be making some schedule changes to worship times beginning the weekend of October 15-16. Basically, we are returning to our pre-pandemic schedule by returning Traditional Worship to weekly at 8 a.m., and moving the second service to begin later at 10:30 a.m.. Saturday worship will remain at 5 p.m. with the Praise & Worship style.
Here are some details surrounding the new schedule:
- Move Traditional Worship Service to Sunday morning at 8 a.m. This service will occur weekly with Holy Communion offered each week.
- Have dedicated Fellowship Time in Fellowship Hall after the 8 a.m. service until 9:30a.m.
- Move Pastor Warren’s Sunday bible study in Fellowship Hall to begin at 9:30 a.m. and end at 10:15 a.m..
- Move current start time of 10 a.m. Sunday Worship service to 10:30 a.m.. We will continue to use the same worship format for this service. Communion schedule remains at twice per month.
- Have dedicated Fellowship Time after 10:30 a.m. Worship.
- Begin Children’s Ministry “Sunday Morning Experience” (SME) to start at 10:30 a.m.. Children will begin in worship for a short time and then will be dismissed for SME.
- Saturday evening 5 p.m. worship format will be weekly “Praise & Worship”. Holy Communion offered twice a month on even weekends of the month.
- Last but not least, The Board of Directors have decided to have the 2nd Regular Voters Meeting after the 10:30 a.m. worship on Sunday, October 16.
