    Baptisms are generally performed on the 1st or 3rd Sunday of each month. Baptisms may take place during any of our four worship service times. For any other time, please contact the church office at (847) 359-1549. All baptisms are subject to worship service availability and Pastoral office approval.

About the
“Request A Baptism” Form

You may use this form to request your child’s (or an adult!) baptism. Please complete the required fields and then press the “Submit Your Baptism Request” button, located at the bottom of the form. You will then receive a message that confirms successful submission of your request. The church office will contact you shortly.
