2026 Chicago Wolves Family Day

Please use this form to order tickets for our group church and school outing to the Chicago Wolves Game on Sunday, November 15! The game begins at 3:00pm at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont. Tickets are $20 each (plus a 3% processing fee), and you may choose to add on a hotdog and drink voucher for $7.50. All guests will receive a voucher for a free Chicago Wolves hat! Ticket sales will close on SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 1, at 11:59pm. You will be given the option to pick up your tickets at the school/church office, or have them sent home with your student.
