You are invited to use this form to become a volunteer at our upcoming Shining Stars summer program, which runs Monday, June 29 though Friday, July 3 from 9:00 am - Noon each day. Please complete the required fields and press the “Submit” button, at the bottom of the form. You will then receive a message that confirms successful submission of your form.
