“Please join us for our third Bobcat Blitz 5K and 1 Mile Run/Walk. This is going to be a great event with a great cause,” says Jean Link, one of the race’s organizers and a dedicated runner who most recently competed in the Chicago Marathon and completed her first full Ironman triathlon in Cozumel last November. “We are tremendously thankful to all of our past Blitz participants. Thanks to your generous donations and support we have been able to help our community in ways that we never imagined possible. It is our hope that we can continue this tradition and everyone considers joining us again for our 3rd year of racing and fellowship. All proceeds will directly benefit community outreach initiatives such as the Good Samaritan Food Pantry and Kids Hope USA.”
