Immanuel’s new Trail Life Troop will be meeting bi-weekly on Monday nights, as will Immanuel’s American Heritage Girls Troop to make it convenient for families with multiple children interested in scouting. So far, that plan is working out very well!
American Heritage Girls and Trail Life both had lively meetings last Monday. The highlights? The girls made beautiful watercolors of eagles as part of learning about the “Dawn of our Country” and earning that badge. The boys learned about hobbies and collections, sharing the uniqueness that each one had. They also made goo. As far as popularity went among the boys, the goo won. And it was fun to watch the dads pull off the “goo craft”…kudos!
