Through generous donations and a Thrivent Action Team Grant we have collected over 40 backpacks for Virginia Lake Elementary School – our partner for Kid’s HOPE. Through our mentoring students there, we have developed a wonderful relationship with the school and rejoice that we can help with this community effort. We are now looking for the following school supplies to fill the backpacks which will be given to Virginia Lake families at our BBB event on August 13. As you scan the ads, look for the great deals on school supplies! Donations can be dropped off at Deaconess Suzanne’s office.
