About the
“Graduation Notification” Form

Congratulations! Please use this form to inform your Immanuel church family of your upcoming graduation. Please complete the required fields and press “Submit Your Request” at the bottom of the form. You will then receive a message that confirms successful submission of your graduation information.

The form allows you to attach a current picture. The picture will appear along with all of our graduates, on a Graduation Celebration bulletin board, located near Fellowship Hall. Alternatively, you may drop off a picture at the church office, where it will be scanned and returned to you unharmed.
